When using heylogin, the legal terms that apply depend on how you obtained and use the service:

• The Terms of Use apply if you use a free private account, use heylogin as an employee or member of an organization (even if you didn't purchase it yourself), or obtained heylogin through a managed service provider (MSP).
• Paddle's Terms & Conditions apply, together with the Terms of Use, if your company or organization purchased heylogin via Paddle.
• Our Terms & Conditions (below) apply if your company or organization purchased heylogin directly from us. They include and extend the Terms of Use.
