Terms & Conditions - Paddle

Latest update: June 17, 2026

Our credit card and PayPal payments are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle also handles all order-related inquiries, including refunds and returns. For details on how Paddle manages your order and your rights as a customer, please review their policies:

Billing

Billing via Paddle is calculated daily based on the number of users. When you add or remove users, the change is reflected precisely from the day it takes effect.

  • Monthly billing: There is only one invoice per month. Adding a user does not trigger an immediate invoice; the change is included in your next regular monthly invoice.
  • Annual billing: When you add a user, an invoice is created at the end of that day, billed pro rata to the day for the remaining term. When you remove a user, the reduction is not refunded immediately but reconciled with the next invoice at the end of the term.

Consumer right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the transaction is completed. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to notify Paddle of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

To cancel your order, you must contact Paddle directly. For fastest processing, please use the following link:

Please note: for subscription services, the right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription and not to subsequent automatic renewals.
